Cancellation and Refunds Procedure

Customers are entitled to a period of 14 days (from the receipt of goods) to change their mind about their purchase.  We request that in order to exercise this right, you contact us via email to inform us.  We will confirm your request to cancel, and we subsequently expect your goods to be returned to us within 14 days of this cancellation.  We shall refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

We shall refund basic second class postage, but the customer shall be responsible for the cost of sending goods back to us.  We request that goods are  returned in suitable protective packaging, should products be sent back to us that are in any way damaged we reserve the right to deduct money from your refund to reflect this.

Postage and Dispatch of Orders

We are happy to send packages out in the way that is most convenient for you.  Our standard postage is Royal Mail Second Class post, which should be delivered within three working days, First Class post should be the next working day. Should you wish for us to arrange an alternative method of delivery such as via courier or recorded delivery please contact us, or leave a note with your order.

Royal Mail aim to deliver post the next working day for first class post, and within two or three working days for second class. 

We endeavour to send your items out within 1 business day,  orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.  We will however aim to send your goods out the day the order is placed, but we are unable to promise this.  We hope you are happy with our postage options, however should you wish your goods delivered by alternate means, such as recorded or special delivery or via an alternative courier, please state this in the comment box and we shall contact you to arrange this.

We reserve the right to amend postage prices in line with increases from our providers.


Product quantities

Our products are sold in the following quantities unless otherwise stated:

  • Fabric - Fat quarters, if more than 1 unit is ordered, this will be cut in one continuous length. Should you require 1 unit to be cut as a 25cm length rather than a fat quarter, please let us know in the comment box when placing your order.
  • Bias binding, trims, ric rac etc - 1m lengths, where more than 1 unit is required this will be cut continuously.
  • Buttons and bells - packs of 5.


Width of fabrics

The width of our fabrics varies, this information is provided with each product.


Washing of Fabrics

Washing advice for each product (where available) is stated in the product description.  We advise that prior to use, you wash your fabrics to ensure any shrinkage has taken place.



We are happy to provide small sample swatches of our fabrics for you to see the colour and material more clearly.  There will be no charge for this service, however we ask that you send us a stamped self addressed envelope to enable us to facilitate this request. Please get in touch via email to arrange this. We however reserve the right to refuse this should the number of samples requested be considered unreasonable. Samples will measure no greater than 5x10cm and may be smaller and we cannot guarantee you will be able to see a particular section of pattern.

Back Orders

Whilst at this stage we are unable to offer back orders of out of stock items, If you get in touch with us we would be more than happy to let you know when a particular item will be in stock again and available to order.

Any details you provide to us will be held in the strictest of confidence and not passed to any third parties. Any contact we have with you will be based on information provided and if you do not wish us to get in touch with you with offers and information about new products in the future, we will respect this. We do not have access to your financial information.
